We are an Executive Education startup that designs and develops customised learning interventions for the senior executives of an organisation. As professionals with a long history of designing and delivering Executive Education programs, we have a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges of the corporate world. Our team brings a wealth of Learning and Development (L&D) expertise to the table, and we are proud to offer tailored, results-driven Executive Education solutions to our clients.
Organisations partner with us to develop their L&D roadmap and design Senior Executive Programs. We will select the right partner school or a consortium of partner schools to deliver the program for maximum effectiveness. We will continue to stay engaged with the organisation to ensure that the learnings are transferred to the workplace from the classrooms.

In-person and Hybrid Programs with a Consortium of Business Schools
Diagnostic Study and Design
The success of any customised program is driven by the in depth understanding of the requirements. Our cross-industry experts and Faculty will engage with the client organizations to develop an in-depth understanding of the requirements. We will draw-up the High-Level design aligned to those requirements. At this stage, we will also decide on the mix of Business Schools that will deliver each of one of those components based each school's expertise, cost and efficiency.
Detailed Design and Delivery
We will work with the identified Consortium of partner schools to develop the detailed design and course curriculum. At the completion of the program, the participants will get a certificate of participation from the individual partner schools.
Application Track - Projects
The participants are also required to complete a Project as part of the program. The participants will work on teams of 4 or 5 to solve a live, business problem from their organisation. The participants will present their findings before their Management and Faculty. The program will also have a follow-up module as part of post-program engagement.
